CDC and local health officials updates on COVID-19 guidelines
We are monitoring the CDC and local health officials' updates on COVID-19 guidelines. We are mandating that patients with cough, fever, respiratory, or flu symptoms stay home or choose a telephone visit unless it’s an urgent ENT matter. Please inform staff if you have been sick so we can make the proper arrangements to avoid the spread of infection. In order to limit exposures, we also ask that all family members wait in their vehicles and NOT in the waiting rooms. Adult patients will be seen individually. Pediatric patients may be accompanied by one adult. Please do not bring siblings or other children into the office.
KEEPING PATIENTS AND STAFF SAFE
We at Lakeside-ENT & Allergy understand this is a difficult time and an unprecedented crisis for our patients and our world.
We remain committed to providing exceptional care while keeping patients and staff safe by adapting to rapidly changing circumstances. We’ve established office measures to ensure social distancing amongst staff and inviting patient family members to remain in the parking lot. Lakeside ENT offers the convenience of telephone Telemed visits for our patients as well as non-urgent visits. We encourage all patients to sign up for our patient portal in order to receive updates and access to your account with us. We’ve temporarily closed our Clifton Springs office and are halting all allergy testing and shots. We’re offering a discount on 3 months of SLIT (Sublingual immunotherapy) option for established shot patients. Please call (585) 394-8800 to make arrangements or to schedule a telemed visit.
Thank you for working with us to protect the health and safety of our staff and patients so we can continue to provide the excellent care you expect. We will get through this crisis together.
